By installing, accessing, or using RemapOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately and uninstall the extension.
02Description of Service
RemapOS is a browser-based productivity extension that enables contextual shortcut automation and workflow optimisation within supported websites.
Important: The Service operates entirely within the browser and does not modify device firmware, drivers, or operating system input settings.
03Eligibility
To use RemapOS you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or
- Use the Service under parental or legal guardian supervision
04Accounts & Access
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date billing information
05Subscription & Billing
a) Freemium Model
Core mouse remapping features are available free of charge.
b) Paid Plans
Premium features require payment at checkout. Plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
c) Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
06Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Abuse automation to violate a third-party platform's terms of service
- Use RemapOS for illegal activities of any kind
- Interfere with or disrupt platform security or infrastructure
07Intellectual Property
All product rights — including but not limited to the software, branding, UX design, and documentation — belong to Apex Meridian Private Limited.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
08Third-Party Platforms
RemapOS interacts with third-party websites including productivity tools and content platforms. We are not responsible for:
- Changes made by third-party platforms that break functionality
- Feature breakages caused by platform policy updates
- Restrictions imposed by third-party platforms on automation
09Disclaimer of Affiliation
RemapOS is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any browser, website, or hardware manufacturer referenced — including Logitech, HP, Dell, TVS, YouTube, Figma, OpenAI, or Google. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: Apex Meridian Private Limited shall not be liable for productivity loss, data loss, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of RemapOS. Use is at your own risk.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations. Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
