About Razorpay: RemapOS uses Razorpay to process all payments. Razorpay is a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India and authorised to process international card payments. Razorpay's Terms of Service apply alongside this policy for matters relating to the payment transaction itself.
01Cancellation
You may cancel your RemapOS subscription at any time — no hoops, no hidden steps.
Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. Your cancellation takes effect at the next payment date.
Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before renewal may not take effect until the following billing cycle.
How to cancel: Log in to your billing dashboard, go to Manage Subscription, and select Cancel. Alternatively email contact@remapos.com with your order number and account email.
Cancelling a subscription does not affect your free YouTube remapping, which remains active.
02Refund Window
RemapOS offers a 7-day free trial on all Pro subscription plans before any charge is made. We encourage you to evaluate the product fully during this period.
For paid subscription charges after the trial, refund requests submitted within 7 days of the billing date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact contact@remapos.com with your Razorpay order ID and reason.
Lifetime Plans
Lifetime licence purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided Pro features have not been actively used for more than 3 days. After 7 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period, or for trials that were not cancelled before expiry.
International customers: Razorpay processes payments in USD for international cards. Local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights. Contact us if this applies to your situation.
03Refund Process
To request a refund, email contact@remapos.com with your Razorpay order ID, account email, and a brief reason. We will respond within 3 business days.
No refunds on unused subscription periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the period but no partial refund is issued.
Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase, or if Pro features have been actively used for more than 3 days, whichever comes first.
Promotional pricing is non-retroactive. Discounted rates apply only to the billing cycle for which they were offered.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
We strongly recommend using the free YouTube tier before upgrading to ensure RemapOS meets your needs.
Sales Tax Refunds
If you were charged applicable taxes and are registered for tax in your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to a refund of that tax amount. You must contact us within 60 days of your purchase and provide a valid tax registration number.
04Auto-Renewals
Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged the applicable plan rate on your renewal date via Razorpay.
We will notify you if the price of your plan increases. Lifetime plans have no renewals.
To prevent renewal, cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date via the billing dashboard or by emailing contact@remapos.com. If we are unable to charge your payment method, we reserve the right to suspend Pro access until payment is resolved.
05Free Tier and Trials
YouTube remapping is permanently free with no trial clock. Install RemapOS and YouTube shortcuts work immediately, with no time limit and no card required.
Pro plans (Monthly and Annual) include a 7-day free trial. You must cancel before the trial expires to avoid being charged. The Lifetime plan has no trial period and provides immediate full access upon purchase.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid plan will begin and you will be charged via Razorpay.
06Billing Disputes
If you notice an unexpected charge or believe you have been billed in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at contact@remapos.com.
Please include your account email, your Razorpay order ID, the date and amount of the disputed charge, and a brief description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
07Your Data After Cancellation
After cancellation or account deletion, your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Specifically:
- Shortcut configurations stored locally in your browser are removed when you uninstall the extension
- Account data held on our servers is retained only as long as required by law, then permanently deleted
- You may request immediate deletion by contacting contact@remapos.com
